Staff will work with the ICWP staff to arrange for <br />to accommodations at the seminar, and appropriate publications and other matters. <br />Subco mittee: Roland Westergard (Chair), Dave Kennedy, Francis Schwindt, Dee Hansen. <br />Steve ganders, and Jeff Fassett. <br />workdays: 5 <br />Time frame: January - March <br />HOLDINGS <br />OME PAGE <br />Work 1 o date: The Council staff has accomplished several tasks related to "computerizing" <br />Counci documents over the past year. They have created a Folio Infobase containing Western <br />States I Vater newsletters for the past six years and have also created a Folio infobase for the <br />library ndex. These developments will facilitate electronic access to Council documents for <br />Counci members and other interested persons. Internet and e-mail access for the Council staff <br />have al o been developed. A web site has been created for the Council. This web site now <br />contains the current issues of the Council's newsletter, as well as editions from recent months, a <br />directo of membership and E -mail addresses and agency web sites, as well as a listing of <br />publications, positions, and areas for members to access draft positions and other documents. <br />The s will explore and present to the Executive Committee further opportunities to enhance <br />the Co cil's role in facilitating electronic communication among Council members and staff, <br />panic arly related to water information gathering and sharing, and water planning. <br />work days: 3 <br />Time frame: January -August <br />4 <br />
