To be considered for an NWRI <br />fellowship for the next academic year, you must submit and <br />application by March 111. The application includes: a letter <br />of inquiry describing your research goals, a resume, a letter of <br />endorsement from your faculty advisor, a research proposal <br />(3 -4 pages), Verification of enrollment as a fulltime graduate <br />student.
