• <br />Team Deso4ption <br />The Team <br />Per the State's Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the Colorado River Return Project (CRRP) <br />will address the physical, logistical, environmental, financial, legal and institutional aspects <br />of large -scale water diversions from the Colorado River near the Utah border. This study <br />may be a landmark document in Colorado's water future. It will either conclude that a <br />project alternative or group of alternatives are attractive enough to warrant further analysis <br />in the future or likely, set aside the concept for years to come. Therefore, the firms <br />assembled to accomplish this Study were specifically selected for their wide - ranging <br />credentials in Colorado water resources; especially their ability to very rapidly identify the <br />primary categories of CRRP alternatives and reliably assess their feasibility. <br />Our team is led by Boyle Engineering Corporation and includes the following firms with <br />the following roles: <br />• Boyle Engineering — Project Management, Temporal Distribution of Water <br />Availability, Engineering Analysis of Water Delivery Systems and Water Treatment <br />Requirements <br />• URS Corporation — Geologic and Geotechnical analysis of diversion dams, <br />pipeline alignments, and tunnels <br />• Harvey Economics — Socio- Economics, Financial Analysis, and Funding <br />Opportunities <br />• ERO Resources Corporation — Environmental assessments and NEPA - related <br />issues <br />• Water Consult — Threatened and Endangered Species Issues and input on Federal <br />Water Facilities Operations and Constraints <br />Boyle Engineering Corporation <br />-- - ---- - -- - ------- - ----- 1-or more than 6U years, Boyle Lngineering Corporation has helped <br />1 9 4 2 - 2002 clients throughout the country develop and manage their water <br />6 Ons systems.
