• Team Deso4ption The Team Per the State's Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the Colorado River Return Project (CRRP) will address the physical, logistical, environmental, financial, legal and institutional aspects of large -scale water diversions from the Colorado River near the Utah border. This study may be a landmark document in Colorado's water future. It will either conclude that a project alternative or group of alternatives are attractive enough to warrant further analysis in the future or likely, set aside the concept for years to come. Therefore, the firms assembled to accomplish this Study were specifically selected for their wide - ranging credentials in Colorado water resources; especially their ability to very rapidly identify the primary categories of CRRP alternatives and reliably assess their feasibility.
