Professional capabilities <br />Technical Review <br />Dan Boyd, PE <br />Dan Boyd will perform overall review of our work on the CRRP and will be a sounding <br />board for our Project Manager. He possesses diversified experience in planning, design, <br />economic evaluation, and project management of water resources projects. His <br />professional affiliations include the American Water Resources Association, American <br />Water Works Association, American Society of Civil Engineers, American Consulting <br />Engineers Council, National Water Resources Association. <br />Mr. Boyd joined Boyle in 1973, and in 1981, opened Boyle's Colorado office where he <br />successfully managed projects like the San Miguel Water Supply Study and the Joint Use <br />Reservoir — Green Mountain Exchange Project. Infrastructure works to his credit include <br />many of Boyle's largest projects, such as the $50- million Diamond Fork Pipeline in central <br />Utah and the $47- million Wolford Mountain Reservoir Project, the latter of which has <br />been nominated for several awards. <br />A registered Colorado professional engineer, Mr. Boyd has received numerous <br />commendations and accolades, the most recent being a Leadership in Engineering Award <br />from the Institute for the Advancement of Engineering (IAE). AE is an umbrella <br />organization that represents 160,000 members from 46 engineering societies. <br />Dave Ro)nrnelnzann, PE <br />Dave Rommelmann has over 32 years of diversified experience in planning, design, <br />management, and construction of water /wastewater projects. Mr. Rommelmann has <br />served as project engineer, project manager or principal -in- charge on conventional water <br />treatment plants to 300mgd, membrane water treatment plants to 120mgd (planning), 60 <br />mgd (preliminary design), and 28 mgd (constructed), pipelines to 96" diameter and pump <br />stations to 36 mgd. His Colorado experience includes management of the Denver <br />Wqater Recycling Project (30mgd initial and 45 mgd final) , and the La Junta and Dillon <br />membrane water treatment plants. <br />El•nie Kaz-tinen , PE <br />Ernie Kartinen is experienced in planning, design, and construction administration of <br />public works projects including: water treatment, transmission, pumping, storage, and <br />distribution facilities; wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal works; drainage <br />improvements; and road and street improvements. He is recognized nationally as an <br />expert in membrane filtration and reverse osmosis process.
