• <br />• <br />Professional Capabilities <br />This section of the proposal presents the professional backgrounds and caliber of previous <br />experience of each key person on our team. These key team members were selected from <br />the senior staff professionals of the firms comprising our team. They were selected based <br />on careful consideration of their ability to quickly develop defensible assessments of <br />potential projects. These key senior personnel will be supported in the study as needed <br />drawing on more than 100 local water resource and environmental specialists to perform <br />the detailed calculations as directed. <br />Per the Organization Chart shown below, our team is arranged according to the following <br />roles: 1) Management; 2) Review; 3) Infrastructure Layouts and Costs; 4) Water Supply <br />and Demands; 5) Environmental, Recreational, and Institutional Constraints and <br />Enhancements; 6) Economics and Financing; and 7) Support Services. Following the <br />Organization Chart is a table summarizing the professional backgrounds and caliber of <br />previous experience. The table is followed by brief summaries of the professional <br />experience of each of the key personnel. <br />The organization chart at the end of this section is designed to allow you the ability to view <br />the chart while reading through the descriptions of our CRRP team members. <br />Per the RFQ requirements, Table 1 summarizes the caliber of previous experience of each <br />person assigned to this project. Section III — Project Management Plan describes their <br />precise roles in accomplishing the work. <br />
