• made by a formal amendment to this MOU.
2.5 Ownership of Work Products. Unless otherwise agreed to in this amended MOU, the Parties agree
that all finished or unfinished data, documents, drawings, evaluations, hardware, maps, models, negatives,
photographs, reports, software, studies, surveys, or any other material, medium or information, however constituted,
which has been or is to be produced or prepared by the Contractor in the performance of this MOU shall become the
sole property of the WQCD.
2.6 All other provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding dated as of October 1, 2001 shall
remain in full force and effect, unchanged by this Second Amendment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to the Memorandum of
Understanding on the day first above written.
