in order to make capitalization grant funds available for PWSS in years after 2007 may <br />be considered by the Board upon request of the Department of Public Health and <br />Environment at an appropriate future date. <br />2. The Executive Director is authorized to budget these funds annually and to reimburse the <br />WQCD by means of draws upon the federal capitalization grant for expenses incurred <br />with the execution and operation of the PWSS Program up to the total set -aside amount. <br />3. This Resolution supersedes and replaces Resolution No. 00 -17, adopted on June 2, 2000. <br />CERTIFICATE <br />The undersigned officers of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Water Resources and Power <br />Development Authority do hereby certify that the above Resolution 03 -02 was adopted by the Colorado <br />Water Resources and Power Development Authority at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors with a <br />quorum present in Northglenn, Colorado, on January 24, 2003. <br />Chair <br />Secretary <br />ATTEST <br />C, <br />
