in order to make capitalization grant funds available for PWSS in years after 2007 may <br />be considered by the Board upon request of the Department of Public Health and <br />Environment at an appropriate future date. <br />2. The Executive Director is authorized to budget these funds annually and to reimburse the <br />WQCD by means of draws upon the federal capitalization grant for expenses incurred <br />with the execution and operation of the PWSS Program up to the total set -aside amount. <br />3.
