W + <br />3. A report will be produced summarizing the methods and results of these <br />iinvestigations and providing sufficient detail to use in specification design. <br />4. The CNPPID staff, in cooperation with PRRIP staff, will conduct investigations <br />related to land or easement requirements, potential effects to landowners in the area of <br />the proposed project, and potential acceptance of the proposed project by area <br />landowners. In addition, CNPPID will provide input to other components of the <br />study. <br />5. CNPPID will provide up to $30,000 to assist the PRRIP with this feasibility study. <br />percent upon initiation of the study and fifty percent upon completion of the study. <br />Additional funds may be provided by CNPPID at its discretion. <br />6. The feasibility report will clearly define any proposed project (s). <br />D. Formal Contract <br />After completion of the feasibility investigations, and if the Governance Committee of the PRRIP <br />and the Board Directors of CNPPID agree that a particular proposed project may be feasible, a <br />formal contract between PRRIP and CNPPID will be developed before proceeding further. The <br />formal contract would define the entitlements, roles, and responsibilities of the PRRIP and <br />CNPPID during the completion and implementation of the particular proposed project. A formal <br />contract will need to be finalized and approved by the parties before PRRIP or CNPPID will <br />assume any responsibilities to pursue the particular proposed project beyond the feasibility study. <br />Neither PRRIP nor CNPPID are bound by this agreement to proceed any further than the <br />feasibility study described in this document. <br />E.
