31 Water Related Activities Update
32 The Executive Director's (ED) Office, Jerry Kenny and Beorn Courtney, provided updates on
33 current water related activities.

35 Water Evaluation Process
36 The GC asked the WAC to develop a procedure for how to evaluate water acquisition
37 opportunities. The ED's office will work with Duane Woodward to understand the process
38 Central Platte NRD uses and a WAC Sub - Committee was established to work with the ED
39 Office to flush out the evaluation process. Jennifer Schellpeper will inquire whether the Program
40 can have access to the HDR Conjunctive Management model for use in these evaluations.

42 FY09 Work Plans for Water Related Activities
43 Jerry Kenny and Beorn Courtney provided an explanation of draft budget items to be presented
44 at the October GC and asked the WAC for input. The ED Office will continue to refine the work
