IPRRIP — ED OFFICE 10/30/2008 PLATTE RIVER RECOVERY IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM WAC Meeting Schedule Water Advisory Committee meetings for calendar year 2009 will typically be held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month alternating from the GC meetings (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov). These meetings and workshops will vary in length and location, based on agenda items and Program needs. WAC meetings and workshops will be designed to assist with implementation of the Program's Water Plan. Locations and meeting format may be adjusted, based on agenda. A draft schedule and agenda items are provided below. November 12, 2008 noon to 4:30 p.m. (lunch provided) in conjunction with EAC /RCC Meeting / November 13, 9:00 am to 12 pm Mountain Time — Lake McConaughy Visitors Center, NE • Environmental Account Planning • Water related activities update including Phase II WMS draft report review • ED Office presentation on 2008 High Flow Event findings • Presentation by Nebraska on Conjunctive Management model • Lost Power Costs and Acquisition Costs (Jeff Runge, Don Anderson, or Greg Wingfield) December 2, 2009, 9:30 am to noon Mountain Time — Denver, CO (pre -GC meeting at Marriott Residence Inn, DIA) Water Management Study Phase II Workshop (Boyle) January 20, 2009, 10:00 am to 3 pm Mountain Time location TBD • NE depletions plan review • Pulse Flow status/ monitoring plan review March 10, 2009 — agenda and location TBD May 19, 2009 — agenda and location TBD • Wyoming and Colorado depletions plan reporting information are due March 15 and 31, respectively.
