Separate each principal item and number consecutively using as <br />many pages as necessary. <br />(5) If a delegee signs for the Executive Director place the worlds "FOR THE" before the word <br />"EXECUTIVE" <br />Autographic, as distinguished from stamped, signatures should, as a minimum, be affixed to the original, which <br />will be filed by the Division of Accounts and Control, and two counterparts, one of which shall be transmitted to the <br />contractor.
