The remaining water rights I_n the Crooked Creek supply <br />Ditch, believed to be 3 sliares, equivalent to apjrroxi- <br />mately 3 cfs, will be acquired at. the cost of both the <br />District and the Board in �l proportion dependent upon <br />the value of the Hoard's land which the owners of the <br />water right wish to obtain from the Board and also <br />upon the quantity of pur�lpind from the Fraser River <br />above the gage which the ID.istrict wishes to achieve. <br />The-market value of the Doard- -awned lands wi 1.1 be <br />determined by an appraiser hired by the Board. The <br />results of the appraisal should be available early <br />in May. <br />7. The District's water use would be limited as follows: <br />a. A volumetric limit on annual withdrawals by the <br />District from above the gage to some figure such <br />as 280 acre -feet. <br />b. All of the 'District's vewered returns would be <br />above the gage. <br />C. Irrigation would be })ermi.t.t.ed only on lends <br />lying within the drainage basin tributary to <br />the gage. <br />d.
