principal sum shall have been paid. Said installment <br />payment shall be made payable to the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, payable at the offices of said <br />Board in Denver, Colorado. <br />4. Paragraph B.1 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1. Make available to the Contractor for the purpose of this <br />contract the sum of Eight hundred Eighty -Eight Thousand <br />Seventy -Five Dollars ($888,075). Said Eight Hundred <br />Eighty -Eight Thousand Seventy -Five Dollars ($888,075) <br />shall be made available to the Contractor in accordance <br />with the following terms, schedule and conditions: <br />(a) Beginning with the monthly period commencing <br />September 1, 1980, and for evey month thereafter <br />until said pruject has been completed, the <br />Contractor shall prepare with the consulting engineer's <br />help an estimate of the funds required from the State <br />for project construction during that month and shall <br />forward said estimate he State not less than <br />fifteen (15) days pr' t b ginning of such month. <br />(b) Upon receipt pr y the State of such <br />monthly estimate, S 11, within forty (40) <br />days from the rece t h estimate, pay over to <br />the Contractor the a un of the monthly estimate or <br />such portion there has been approved by the <br />State. <br />5. Paragraph B.4 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />4.
