5) Loan Program Guidelines > http:/ /cwcb. state. co. us /LoansGrants /water - project -loan-
program/ Documents /WPLoanProgramGuidelines. pdf
Please allow 4 -5 months from application date until funds are available. Applications received by August 1, 2012 will be
scheduled for approval in September 2012, with funds available around December 2012.
There is a 1 % origination fee for all loans that can be financed into the loan.
Something I forgot to mention on the phone is interest rates. We base our municipal interest rates on the median
household income of the area. According to the census data that we use, Ridgway falls into the middle- income municipal
category. That rate is currently 4.5 %. 1 expect that the rate will drop between now and July 1 (when we establish new
rates that are good for the next fiscal year (July 1, 2012 — June 30, 2013)). I'll know by early May what the new rates will
be. I would expect at least a 0.25% drop.
Anna Mauss, P.E.
Water Project Loan Program
Colorado Water Conservation Board
Department of Natural Resources
1580 Logan Street, Suite 600
Denver, CO 80203
Phone: (303)866 -3441 x 3224
Fax: (303) 894 -2578
anna.mauss@state.co.us
www.cwcb.state.co.us
