b. Nature of and Factors Influencing ORVs <br />This Plan aims to protect all ORVs while focusing on the primary <br />streamflow- influenced ORVs identified in subsection (i) below. The Plan's <br />implementation procedures will provide a feedback loop to periodically <br />assess and confirm that the management measures under the Plan, in <br />coordination with BLIVI's other land management actions, are protective of <br />all ORVs. <br />L The primary "streamflow- influenced ORVs" are: <br />• Recreational Fishing <br />• Recreational Boating <br />ii. The Plan uses two <br />distinct tools — "ORV Indicators" and "Resource Guides" — as follows: <br />ORV Indicators <br />In the first 3 to 5 years of implementation of this Plan, the Stakeholder <br />Group will gather necessary data and develop specific indicators which <br />will be used to gage whether the = °_ = of <br />recreational opportunities are being preserved.
