The Pueblo Chieftain Online ( Saturday <br />during the last few years. <br />District officials also opened a time capsule that <br />had been buried in the district office's walls since <br />1966. <br />The capsule was opened because the district will <br />move next month to its new office, located at the <br />airport industrial park. <br />Inside the sealed copper box, board members <br />found one of the small metal fryingpans that <br />were sold to finance the lobbying effort to <br />convince Congress to authorize the Fryingpan- <br />Arkansas project. <br />The capsule also contained early district and <br />project authorizing papers, newspaper clippings <br />and photographs, including prints of President <br />John F.
