REPAYMENT CONTRACT STATUS
<br />During the year 2000, payments to Reclamation
<br />totaled $5,572,224. This total was comprised of
<br />Property Taxes ($3,782,774), Winter Water Storage
<br />Charges ($34,800), Project Water Allocations
<br />($1,092,316) and other payments ($814,835).

<br />represents the Ad Valorem tax collections during the
<br />year that are designated for repayment of the Fry -Ark

<br />of the District's total property tax collections. One hundred percent of the revenues from Winter Water
<br />Storage and Project Water allocations go directly to Reclamation. Other payments are direct remittances
<br />to Reclamation for use of the Fry -Ark Project facilities by various water users for storage and delivery of
<br />non - Project Water and are also credited to the repayment of Project debt.
<br />The Repayment Contract requires that revenues
<br />first be applied to annual operation and maintenance Allocation of Total Payments
<br />costs (O &M), then to interest on the Municipal and $67,642,377
<br />Industrial (M &I) balance (3.046% per annum), next to Irrigation
<br />M &I debt obligation, and lastly to Irrigation debt Payments
<br />Interest 7% M & I
<br />obligation. Payments to Reclamation from 1982 Paid Payments
<br />through September 30, 2000 total $67,642,377 and 44% 30%
<br />have been applied as follows: O &M costs $12,912,430; O&M
<br />interest $30,095,715 and debt obligation payments of costs
<br />$24,634,232 broken out to M &I $20,236,015 and 19%
<br />Irrigation $4,398,217. The 2000 payment of $5,572,224 was applied to O &M costs of $966,537; and
<br />interest of $1,245,221, with the final $3,360,476 applied against the remaining obligation.
