DRAFT - 9/26/01 <br />SECWCD- AURORA IGA <br />ii. the ability of the Fry -Ark Project contractors (including <br />Southeastern) to meet existing repayment obligations; <br />iii. the storage allocations and limitations pursuant to Contract <br />No. 5- 07- 70- W0086, as amended, between the District and <br />the United States, and the District's Allocation Principles; <br />iv. the yield of the Fry -Ark Project from its West Slope and <br />East Slope water rights; <br />V. the Winter Water Storage Program; <br />vi. the Upper Arkansas River Flow Management Program; <br />vii. the capacity in Fry -Ark Project facilities, including the <br />south outlet works capacity for the Arkansas Valley <br />Pipeline, which is needed to satisfy Fry -Ark Project <br />purposes and contractual obligations existing at the time of <br />the execution of any Contract pursuant to this IGA; <br />viii. the ability of qualified entities within the Southeastern <br />District boundaries to enter into Reoperations contracts for <br />the use of excess water storage and conveyance capacity <br />12 <br />
