Also, please watch for Director report items. <br />• Elkhead Reservoir Agreements - Randy and Anne A-le-L CA � L� <br />• Species Conservation Trust Fund - Blickensderfer \Seaholm <br />• South Metro Water Supply Study - Andy \Pat Mulhern <br />• Ditch Bill Issues particularily as relates to the San Juan Basin <br />• Rick Anderson Report - Michelle \Rick Anderson <br />• Gunnison PBO - Randy \Tom Pitts <br />• Longmont RICD ( ? ? ?) - Section C and D <br />• RICD Policy Revisions ( ? ? ?) - We may need to work on Maximum Utilization and Compact Impairment guidance <br />but are concerned about advancing much on these matters until the Gunnison RICD decision and appeals are <br />concluded. <br />• Succession Planning Meeting - 1 \2 day Tuesday December 16th Senior Staff only <br />• EVERYONE, PLEASE REVIEW THE CONSTRUCTION FUND BILL FOR THE PROJECTS THAT YOU ARE <br />ENVOLVED WITH BY THIS FRIDAY AND FORWARD ANY COMMENTS TO MIKE AND MYSELF. <br />• PPP - Mid -term reviews are expected this year. All PDQ's are on the L:Drive \Section Folders\Admin \PDQ's. Please <br />review and plan on discussing revisions if appropriate. <br />• Budget - Dollars remain tight. Non - reimburseable process for the next year starts next Thursday <br />• Training - Colorado Water Law Super Conference flier recieved and is in the training booklet. We will explore some <br />reduced fees given our participation. Let me know if interested. <br />• IT - Reorganization meetings are beginning. Vince is attending for CWCB. <br />• We are going to try and use the Litigation Fund to cover many of the expenses associated with the Black Canyon <br />Reserved Water Right Settlement. <br />• Jack Garner is the new USBR Regional Manager in Albuquerque. Jack used to run the Loveland Area Office and has <br />just finished a detail in Washington D.C. <br />
