Runoff peaked at Canon City at 2,265 cfs on June <br />9, and diminished precipitously by June 14. This caused the river call to drop as low as May 1, <br />1887. <br />Mr. Witte thanked the SECWCD for their support and assistance in obtaining the Colorado <br />Supreme Court's affirmation of the Division Engineer's position in the recently announced <br />decision in the Trail's End Ranch case. <br />FRY -ARK PROJECT REPORT: <br />Mr. Musgrove reported as of June 15, there was 93,549 acre -feet of water stored in Pueblo <br />Reservoir. 66,542 acre -feet of Project water, 9,535 acre -feet of water stored in If & When space, <br />and 18,517 acre -feet of Winter water. <br />Reclamation currently has 190,407 acre -feet of project space in Pueblo Reservoir, and 32,893 <br />acre -feet of Project space available in Turquoise and Twin Lakes Reservoirs. <br />Mr. Musgrove said to date Reclamation has diverted over 24,000 acre -feet of water through <br />Boustead Tunnel this year. Boustead Tunnel is currently running at 59 cfs. In May Reclamation <br />closed the Midway and No Name diversions sites to allow 1,755 acre -feet of water to be <br />bypassed for the Twin Lakes exchange. At approximately noon on June 17, Reclamation will <br />have met that requirement, and at 2:00 p.m. plan to resume diversions from the two sites. There <br />should be an additional 20 to 30 cfs. to pickup. <br />Brian Person said he gave an overview of the SOD monitoring of Pueblo Dam last month, and <br />said he was scheduled to appear before the Pueblo City Council, which he did on June 14. Mr. <br />Broderick said Mr. Person gave a great presentation to the Pueblo City Council, and it was a <br />great opportunity to give them accurate information. <br />U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY REPORT: <br />Mr. Edelmann reported streamflow in the upper Arkansas River Basin peaked, depending on <br />locale, between June 6 and June 10. The 2004 peak flow was in the lower 25 percentile of peak <br />
