Interior will partner with state and local governments, tribes, <br />water users and conservation groups to improve river systems. <br />✓For more than 2 decades, the East Say Municipal Utility District and several <br />localities struggled over the management of the Sacramento River, thus disrupting <br />the efficient use of water. Through facilitation sponsored by the Bureau of <br />ReclarMation, a sustainable and locally developed agreement was reached. <br />
