<br />Southeastern Director and Chairman Bill Long called the meeting to order at 9:35 a.m.
<br />Chairman Long welcomed all in attendance.

<br />Mr. Long eporl� that. the minutes of the December 20 meeting were distributed and

<br />MWH STUDY_PRESENTATION
<br />Mr. Long then in_T duced Jerry Gibbens of MWH to provide a presentation on the
<br />"Arkansas Valley Conduit - Exchange Analysis." Mr. Gibbens provided a PowerPoint
<br />presentation summary of the analysis. He noted that this latest draft contains the recent
<br />filings in Water Court by Colorado Springs Utilities, Aurora\l-lighline, and Lamar; and
<br />that storage space in Pueblo Reservoir is not considered in this report.
<br />BLACK & VEATCH INVESTIGATION UPDATE
<br />Mr. Meador then began a Powerpoint presentation on the progress being made in the
<br />Investigation Study. He reviewed the approach used for the investigation and provided
<br />book -end cost estimates. Mr. Wannack discussed the water supply needs and potential
