5 +� <br />Arkansas Valley Conduit Advisory <br />Committee Meeting <br />Minutes — April 7, 2006 <br />Vf6h <br />Southeastern Board Member and Committee Chairman Bill Long called the meeting to <br />order at 10:05 a.m. at the City Municipal Building in La Junta, CO. Mr. <br />Noe had a questrd "n Appendix E and Mr. Meador said he would verify the numbers. <br />Mr. Kelley had a que��ion on Max Day vs. Max Month. Mr. Meador noted that pipe <br />sizing isn't the main -`cost driver.. rather the funding scenarios play a bigger role in <br />determining the costs. Mr. Noe asked about connection costs, and Mr. Petramala <br />indicated that it was generally understood that the conduit provided distribution lines and <br />connections for everyone. Mr. Karney had a question on grants. Mr. Meador <br />volunteered to meet with any entity needing further help. It was agreed that any changes <br />or suggestions needed to be provided to Mr. Reynolds by Wednesday April 12 to be <br />included in the final report. Mr. Meador then reviewed potential next steps. <br />
