Private property owners who cooperate in <br />f allowing the introduction of threatened, endangered or sensitive species on <br />their lands will not be subject to future stipulations, or legal mandates <br />restricting the use of their lands. <br />OBJECTIVE 6: Encourage the U.S. Department of Interior to enter into a formal <br />agreement with the state of Colorado which would s'acilitate <br />accomplishment of the above objectives; and assure that populs::tions of <br />wildlife species managed/ y the Division of Wildlife are not subject to <br />future federal listing. <br />OBJECTIVE 7: ,annually the Department of Natural Resources wilt report to the <br />legislature on progress in accomplishing the state objectives. <br />NOTEa Assuming the stated objectives are agreed upon, or modified, the Next step <br />is to actually revise the state with specific wording. <br />
