Due to its other responsibilities, the <br />Wyoming Water Development Commission has not yet made a <br />final decision to proceed with construction of Three Forks <br />Reservoir. <br />4. AL U.,; Ap171-1 25 -26, '1983, im.cLi -llq, 0-1c; <br />Wyoming Water Development Commission decided to retain <br />Colorado counsel for the purpose of actively pursuing the <br />adjudication of the storage right claimed for Three Forks <br />Reservoir in this proceeding. <br />5. Applicant requests that this matter be set <br />for pre -trial conference to be held on October 11, 1983, <br />following the calling of the Water Court's Term Day docket <br />scheduled for that day. If any other counsel objects to <br />scheduling of the pre -trial conference for October 11, <br />applicant's counsel will appear at Term Day on that date <br />to obtain a setting for a later date. It is requested <br />that this response be considered a "Notice to Set" in <br />compliance with C.R.C.P.
