w <br />6. AMOUNT: 11,407 acre -feet. <br />Eleven thousand four hundred seven acre -feet conditionally <br />decreed for the Twin Lakes Reservoir Enlargement shall be moved <br />to Mt. Elbert Forebay and the decreed capacity of the Twin Lakes <br />Reservoir decree shall be reduced from 166,000 acre-feet to <br />141,000 acre -feet. <br />'BAs to water rights heretofore adjudicated in this <br />District, priorities for irrigation granted by <br />this decree shall be enforceable only as of July <br />14, 1942, and priorities for purposes other than <br />irrigation granted by this decree shall be en- <br />forceable only as of December 15, 1942. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That Applicant shall install <br />and maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices, <br />content gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording <br />devices, as the case may be, as are deemed essential by the <br />Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed <br />and operated in accordance with instructions from said Office. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That copies of this ruling <br />shall be mailed as provided by statute. <br />Dated and filed with the Water Clerk this 18th day <br />of September, A.
