SCHEDULE <br />The proposed Program Plan preparation will require 180 days to <br />complete after execution of the Agreement and and MOU and <br />funding is received. Upon execution of the Agreement and the MOU <br />the Steering Committee will be formed and the tasks and schedule <br />will be reviewed, discussed and agreed to by the Steering <br />Committee.
