SEN3 BY :USBR LOWER COLO REGIO' ? -21 -92 9:35 ; ADMINISTRATir OFC-► 8015319705;# 4 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants <br />herein contained, the Parties hereto agree as follows: <br />3. a. To the extent that funds are advanced by the Cooperating <br />Partners, and that Federal funds are available for this purpose, <br />Reclamation shall, with its staff, use said funds to complete the <br />development of the Program Plan as set forth in this Agreement <br />under the Attached Scope of Services (Attachment B) and as <br />directed by the Steering Committee described in Attachment A. <br />b. Upon completion, Reclamation shall transmit to the <br />Cooperating Partners, and members of the Steering Committee its <br />final Program Plan as scheduled in Attachment B, which may be <br />used for a precipitation management demonstration activity should <br />such a activity be authorized. <br />!COMPExsATION <br />4. a. The Cooperating Partners agree to advance funds; as shown <br />in subsection 4. b, to Reclamation to supplement the Federal <br />contribution of $90,000 for the activities to develop the Program <br />Plan as set forth in Attachment 8. The total Federal <br />contribution is not to exceed $90,000. <br />b. The total payments made by the Cooperating Partners shall <br />include but not exceed the following specific payments of: <br />Six Agency Committee - $25,000 <br />Central Arizona water Conservation District - $25,000 <br />Colorado River Commission of Nevada - $25,000 <br />Utah Division of Water Resources - $ 4,000 <br />Upper Colorado River Commission $12.000 <br />TOTAL - $91,000 <br />c. The total payments made by the Cooperating Partners under <br />this Agreement shall not exceed $91,000. These payments when <br />combined with Federal funds in the amount of $90,000 are <br />estimated to permit the completion of the Program Plan as set <br />forth in Attachment B. Adjustments in the details of the Program <br />Plan specified in Attachment B, with the consensus of the <br />Steering Committee, may be necessary to assure that the project <br />plan is completed within the monies hereby providtd. <br />2 <br />
