HELTON: Well, there's really nothing defini. <br />13 to report. The wildlife Commission made an offer to the Fort <br />14 Lyon Canal Company, an offer to exchange their Catlin shares <br />15 in return for annual water deliveries to the permanent pool. <br />1611 The Wildlife Commission approved the offer in March. <br />17 I think sometime in April the offer went to the <br />18 Fort Lyon Board and I am not sure where it stands with respect <br />19 to Fort Lyon, but we worked pretty hard with the Fort Lyon <br />20 Board and their attorney before the Wildlife Commission approv <br />21 their agreement, so we are optimistic about it. <br />22 MR.
