SCHROEDER: Well, at least on paper, as I_ <br />16 say, at least on paper the 20,000 acre -foot right transferred. <br />17 from the Model Reservoir to the Trinidad Reservoir. But as a <br />18 result of Judge decision, that paper decree might <br />19 actually be reduced, and according to his decision is reduced, <br />20 to 6,200 acre -feet. So the excess of 13,800 acre -feet might <br />21 strictly be what somebody referred to a little while ago as a <br />22 paper right. It may not be there, it may not exist. The <br />23 Supreme Court will decide that question in the next case to be <br />24 argued to it. <br />25 MR. COOLEY: Any other questions? <br />
