It <br />wound up, I guess, a couple of hours ago nor,. It involved an <br />application by the Bessemer Ditch Company to store a portion <br />of a 322 second -foot junior right in the Pueblo Reservoir and <br />to pass down a portion of that right to satisfy downstream <br />appropriators. In short, to make sure the downstream appropria <br />tors were not injured, they proposed to either store for the <br />benefit of those downstream appropriators or to bypass it <br />
