PATTE1*RSO1,I: The presentation of the story regarding flood problems
and suLgested remedies on behalf of the State of Colorado, I believe, can
best proceed by first calling upon the officials or representatives of
federal departments and a;encies who might have statements to make that
would cover the basin in general, and just only to get started on that
one feature, after Jhich we aill go into the statements and reports of
state officials and departments, and then follow that by statements of
the utilities within the basin that are more or less ertezlsive in their
coverage of the area; then finally by the county and city officials and
representatives of various water users' associations and flood control
committees and local utilities.
I believe iar.
