All interested, parties are invitsd to be .present, or to be repre- sented, at the above time and place, particularly flood - control interests . and the officials of any Federal, state, or local organization whose in- terests may be affected by the construction of any proposed Work- They will be given an opportunity to express their vieas ',aith reference to mea- sures for flood control and soil conservation and to present information relative to past floods. Oral statements dill be heard, but for accuracy of record all important facts and arguments should be submitted in writing.
