t <br />Any N-tt-het-ififtrmation needed may be obtained by application to this <br />office, but AtItentimh is invited to the following regulation as to the <br />wh <br />manner in ich BudH information may be furnished: <br />Where inttOrtsted parties desire data necessary for the prepara- <br />tion of their appeal to the Board of Engineers for Rivers and Harbors, <br />they will be &ftorded full opportunity to examine the copies of the <br />reports of the District and Division Engineers in their respective <br />offices, subject to the understanding that no part of the contents <br />ef, these reports will be published in the newspapers or otherwise <br />until the reports have been submitted to Congress..
