<br />This message contains important information and deadlines for the upcoming Glen Canyon Dam Adaptive
<br />Management Work Group Webinar, to be held:
<br />WEBINAR DETAILS
<br />The May 6 AMWG meeting begins at 11 a.m. PDT, 12 p.m. MDT, and 2 p.m. EDT, and concludes three hours
<br />later.
<br />The call -in numbers are as follows:

<br />This will be a "webinar:" a combination of a regular telephone conference call, plus you will be invited to sign
<br />on to a website where you will see documents and be able to communicate with others on the website. More
<br />information on connecting with this technology is below; you will need to do a few things before May 6 in order
<br />to ensure that you can fully participate in the webinar.

<br />1. Review the proposed budget and budget process with your TWG member, and ask any questions about
<br />these in advance of the webinar. (We will have limited time available during the meeting.)
<br />2. By close of business Friday, April 23, send to Mary Orton and Linda Whetton:
<br />a. Any additional budget issues to be discussed or motions to be considered. (More information below

<br />3. Make sure your computer can access the webinar - schedule the test run for the webinar on April 21 or use
