needed.): <br />The Left Hand Ditch Company owns five reservoirs in Boulder County, Colorado, Left Hand <br />Park Reservoir, Left Hand Valley Reservoir, Gold Lake, Allen Lake, and Lake Isabelle. The <br />Allen Lake Dam has experience erosion of the embankment due to wave action and is <br />currently in need of repair. In the June, 2010 inspection by the Dam Safety Engineer Allen <br />lake was given a conditional full storage rating due to the erosion that has occurred on the face <br />of the dam. The Lake Isabelle outlet gate is currently accessed through a vertical shaft with a <br />series of wooden landings and ladders. The access to the outlet gate is typically wet and <br />unsafe access with safety gear is very difficult. In addition to the access issue inspections of <br />the outlet pipe have revealed holes and deterioration of the pipe, that will require replacement <br />or repair of the pipe. <br />6.
