The use of the water: <br />Well #1 Domestic <br />Well #2 Domestic and 4 single family cabins <br />London dining & <br />Smelter Ditch Milling and Domestic <br />Smelter Pipeline <br />Reservoir Storage for Milling, <br />Domestic, Recreational <br />Fire Fighting and Fishing <br />8. (a) The'Smelter Pipeline Reservoir has a max- <br />imum height of 10 feet. <br />(b) It is 428 feet in length. <br />(c) It has a total capacity of 22.602 acre <br />feet. <br />(d) The capacity of the reservoir from the <br />bottom of the outlet tube to the lowest <br />point on the spillway is 22.602 acre feet. <br />(e) Its capacity from the bottom of the <br />outlet tube to the lowest point in the <br />reservoir is none. <br />(f) The ditch leading to the reservoir is <br />the London Mining & Smelting Ditch. <br />(g) That ditch has a capacity of 3.1 cfs. <br />(h) There are no ditches leading from the <br />reservoir. <br />The priorities herein awarded said London <br />Mining & Smelting Ditch; a/k /a Smelter Pipeline (State <br />Engineer No. 6762) and Smelter Pipeline Reservoir,Well <br />#1 and Well #2 were filed in the Water Court in the <br />year of 1972, and shall be administered as having been <br />filed in that year; and shall be junior to all priorities <br />filed in previous years. As between all rights, filed in <br />the same calendar year, priorities shall be determined by <br />historical dates of appropriation and not affected by <br />the date of entry of ruling. <br />DATED this day of , 1977. <br />THOMAS J.
