Minutes <br />of each meeting will be prepared and approved by the Commission. Until approved, the minutes, draft <br />transcripts and recordings, shall not be official and shall be furnished only to Commissioners, <br />Commission staff and members of the Legal and Engineering Committees." The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Mutz and was unanimously approved. <br />7 <br />
