By -Laws of the Upper Colorado River Commission
Allowing Special Meetings by Telephone
May 26, 2005
11. The Commission may hold special meetings by telephonic communications
among the several members of the Commission in respect to all matters arising under
Article VIII of the Compact; provided, that special telephonic meetings may be called by
the same means described in Article IV(2). No action shall be taken during a special
telephonic meeting unless a quorum is present as specified in Article IV(6), each
member of the Commission shall have one vote, and the concurrence of four members
of the Commission shall be required in any action taken by it. The Secretary of the
Commission shall prepare minutes of any special telephonic meeting, and such minutes
shall be approved at the next meeting of the Commission held under Article IV(1) or (2).
