7. Since November 30th, counsel for Defendants prepared and filed a petition for <br />rehearing in Colorado Dept. of Personnel v. Alexander, P.2d _, No. 97SC719 (Colo. <br />Nov. 30, 1998); provided extensive advice to two different agencies regarding corresponding <br />administrative rules; and drafted informal opinions for two different agencies. <br />WHEREFORE, Defendants request up to and including January, 18, 1999 to <br />file an answer brief. <br />GALE A.
