reached an agreement. The parties believe that such an agreement may be reached by <br />February 28, 2003, and wish to modify the February and August Stipulations <br />accordingly. <br />3. The City and Pueblo West hereby modify the February and August <br />Stipulations as follows: <br />A. The City and Pueblo West will continue to work cooperatively to identify <br />and attempt to resolve any issues of injury to or interference with Pueblo West's <br />water rights and water supply that arise out of the City's claimed recreational in- <br />channel diversion water right by February 28, 2003. <br />B. In the event that such an agreement is not reached by February 28, 2003, <br />the City will not object to Pueblo West's filing a motion to intervene and <br />statement of opposition during February 2003. <br />4.
