Gimbel <br />CWCB Director <br />I am pleased to inform you that on January 24, 2012 the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />approved your loan increase request for the Check Dam Rehabilitation Project. The Board <br />approved an increase of $42,723 ($42,300 for project costs and $423 for the 1% Loan Service <br />Fee). The Company's amended total loan amount will be $124,533 ($123,300 for project costs <br />and $1,233 for the 1% Loan Service Fee). The loan terms shall remain 30 years at an interest <br />rate of 3.60% per annum.
