Please provide a brief description of the owner's existing water supply facilities and describe <br />any existing operational or maintenance problems. Attach separate sheets if needed, and a map <br />of the service area. The Ditch Company has a relatively junior direct decree in the St. Vrain <br />River (92.2CFS). Additionally, the Company owns 51 % of Beaver Park Reservoir at this time. <br />On an annual basis, Beaver Park Reservoir provides approximately 2 acre feet per share (800 <br />acre feet for the 400 shares in the Ditch Company).
