A simple blog maintained on <br />a publicly accessible domain will summarize activities on a regular basis. That blog can be <br />access at http://groups.google.com/group/halligan-seaman-svp <br />SVP Workshop #1 <br />Workshop #1 will focus on the first two steps of SVP: 1) team building, and identifying <br />problems and opportunities; and 2) describing the future status-quo scenario, and developing <br />preliminary objectives and performance indicators. The activities described above will provide <br />much of the information for the workshop. <br />Bill Werick and Mark Lorie will jointly run the workshop, including presentations on the model <br />and facilitating discussions about the topics mentioned above. Discussions will focus on key <br />group decisions: <br />• Formally agreeing on composition of the SVP team — agree to membership and <br />responsibilities, <br />• Setting Rules of Engagement for the SVP team and the SVP leaders — a draft based on <br />previous input from the team will be provided in advance.
