The services and work products to be provided <br />are more specifically described in Section VII herein and in the <br />Scope of Work contained in Hydrosphere's letter proposal of August <br />26, 1991, attached hereto as Appendix 8 and incorporated herein by <br />this reference. To the extent there is a discrepancy between the <br />terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Scope of Work, the <br />terms of this Agreement shall control. The term "services" shall <br />include all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation <br />necessary to satisfactorily and timely complete the work in <br />accordance with the Scope of Work and this Agreement. <br />III. SCHEDIILE <br />The Model will be developed accordinq to the Schedule <br />contained in the Scope of Work attached hereto as Appendix B, <br />except that the work shall be completed by December 1, 1992. Al1 <br />interim and final products shall be delivered in accordance with <br />the approved work schedule and shall be subject to review and <br />approval by the District. <br />IV. MANAGEMENT <br />The Project Manager for ct will be Mr. Robert E. <br />Robins. Mr. Robins will se e primary contact at the <br />District for technical and usiness o unicatian between the <br />District and Hydrosphere. .�w' ''�i ct> H drosphere to perform <br />tasks as outlined above �.��a " sks which he deems <br />necessary. The Project Man� r�f Hydrosphere will be Mr. Bradley <br />H. Udall. Mr. Udall will. serve as the primary contact at <br />Hydrosphere for technical and business communication between <br />Hydrosphere and the District and will direct Hydrosphere staff in <br />performance of the work. He will ensure that the tasks requested <br />by Mr. Robins are accomplished in a timely fashion using accepted <br />professional standards appropriate to the scope, schedule and <br />budget for the work. <br />V. COMPEN3ATION <br />For the services described in this Agreement, Hydrosphere <br />shall receive compensation on a time and expenses basis.
