("Hydrosphere") and the Conejos Water Conservancy District ("District") for engineering consulting and software development services in connection with development of the Platoro Reservoir Operations Model ("Model"). RECITALB WHEREAS, the District desires to have developed a computer model of the operations of Platoro Reservoir and dependent irrigation water delivery systems for the purpose of evaluating various operating strategies of the reservoir. WHEREAS, Hydrosphere provides professional engineering consulting and software development services to the public concerning such matters and represents that it is fully qualified to perform the services needed by the District in connection with the development of the Model. NOW, THEREFORE, Hydrosphere and the District hereby agree as follows: I.
