. � � <br />'r <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICEB <br />PLATORO RESERVOIR OPERATIONS MODEL <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made this �i day of � , <br />1992 by and between Hydrosphere Resource C nsultants, Inc. <br />("Hydrosphere") and the Conejos Water Conservancy District <br />("District") for engineering consulting and software development <br />services in connection with development of the Platoro Reservoir <br />Operations Model ("Model"). <br />RECITALB <br />WHEREAS, the District desires to have developed a computer <br />model of the operations of Platoro Reservoir and dependent <br />irrigation water delivery systems for the purpose of evaluating <br />various operating strategies of the reservoir. <br />WHEREAS, the Distr„� ,������entified as the Contractor for <br />development of an opera i,�n 1 for Platoro Reservoir described <br />in the Computer Mode`" � Contr t with the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board dated .�r , 1992, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto as i� t <br />«��� <br />WHEREAS, the Di c wi�_1 consult with and seek approvals, as <br />set forth in this Agreement, from the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board or its designee during the execution of this Agreement and <br />the development of the Model. <br />WHEREAS, Hydrosphere provides professional engineering <br />consulting and software development services to the public <br />concerning such matters and represents that it is fully qualified <br />to perform the services needed by the District in connection with <br />the development of the Model. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Hydrosphere and the District hereby agree as <br />follows: <br />I. CONTRACT DOCUMENT3 <br />This Agreement, and attachments hereto, constitute the entire <br />agreement between Hydrosphere and the District for development and <br />use of the Model. <br />II.
