In order to keep <br />the majority of our common azea vegeta.tion alive, we fill the tank on our truck with raw <br />irrigation water, then proceed to water each tree, bush, etc. The labor hours involved in doing <br />this are astronomical; 2 men, 8 hours per day @$8.40/hr., 3 days per week, _$408/week, <br />$1,632/month, during the summer months when watering is essential. Parts will be <br />absorbed by the budgeted accounts that apply. The $14.00 per month assessed each homeowner <br />will be covering the cost of the debt to CWCB.
