Photographs of the completed project have been sent to <br />yvu under separate cover. Please note that this project has been completed a full year ahead af the <br />schedule proposed in our grant application. <br />The tasks for which the Park Ditch Company has incurred costs on this project and for which we <br />requested reimbursement can be further described as: <br />Prolect Task 2 Descriptiion: Replacement of Park Ditch head gates. <br />The head gate materials were first staged at the head gate location. Following this, the head gate, sheet <br />piling, sluce gate and trash catcher, and trash collector were fabricated and installed. <br />�ther non-in�oiced in-kind work provided by Park Ditch Company personnel for this task was; project <br />management, surveying and sfiaking for #he head gate replacement, general labor, str-uctural welding, and <br />seeding per US Forest Service requirements. <br />Proiect Task 3 Descripfiion: Encase section of open irrigation ditch that has experienced landslide activity in <br />pipeline, <br />Work invoiced included using heavy equipment to cut an access road to the pro}ect work area. After the <br />access road was completed, heavy equipmen� was used to stabilize the ditch bank, to exca�ate the ditch for <br />preparation in laying the pipe, and to exca�ate 420 feet for a French Drain. <br />Other nvn-invviced in-kind work provided by Park Ditch Company personne! for this task was: project <br />management, engineering, staking and surveying the slide repair section, general labor, repairing US Forest <br />Service fences and gates, acquiring required permits from the US Forest Service and the CD�T and seeding <br />per IJS Forest 5ervice requirements. <br />
