Conservation.District, the Southern Neves Water Authority and the CWCB executed fully on <br /> March.21, 2007. Wintertime Claud Seeding Permits with water user participation are eligible <br /> for CWCB funding. Wintertime Cloud Seaming permits are eligible for Lower Basin funding if <br /> the target area is in the Colorado River Basin. <br /> 11.The Permit Holder shall maintain a valid general liability insurance policy for 1 million dollars <br /> ($1,000,000.00). The Permit Holder is required to add all Project Sponsors and Parties to the <br /> Agreements as additionally insured if using CWCB and Lower Basin funding. <br /> 12. This.Permit is subject to changes by the State, DNR, and CWCB if any of the terms or <br /> conditions are inadequate to provide accurate monitoring and appropriate suspension criteria. <br /> The CWCB can amend this Permit if new suspension criteria are appropriate. <br /> 13.The Permit Holder is required to maintain Global Positioning Systems data including latitude, <br /> longitude, and elevations for each generator location in Microsoft Excel format and keep the <br /> information current and available to Project Sponsors and the CWCB as part of the operational <br /> plan and annual reporting. <br /> 14.The Permit Holder shall notify the County Emergency Managers in the target area counties <br /> prior to seeding each season. The notification shall include the contact information of the <br /> Permit Holder, details of the operational plan, and, a map of the program. Copies of those <br /> letters must be appended to the annual report. <br /> 15.The Department of Regulatory Agencies(DORA) has completed a Sunset Review on October <br /> 15,2010 of the State's Weather Modification Statutes and recommended a nine year renewal of <br /> the state's statutes. DORA recommended promulgation of new State weather modification <br /> rules and regulations. This permit may be revised,changed, and/or updated bled on the State <br /> legislative bill to renew the Weather Modification Act and/or the pm ulgation of new. State <br /> rules and.regulations. <br /> 16.Tlmt:Permit Holder shall prepare and maintain the following records and make them available to <br /> the public. information in annual reports shall include but are not limited to the following: <br /> A. Detailed reporting on funding received from all sources for operations. <br /> B. A daily record of operations, documentation of meteorological conditions, information on <br /> which "seed/no seed" decisions are based, seeding logs for every generator in operation, <br /> daily and total chemical solution used, and information used in "snowpack snow water <br /> equivalent" ("SWP') and avalanche suspension decisions. Individual seeding logs are not <br /> required for annual reports but should be tabulated wW reported on. <br /> C. Copies of the SNOTEL suspension criteria maps hosted on the website of the Natural <br /> Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Snow Survey Program website for emery day <br /> during titmmes that operations are suspended. <br /> 3 <br />
