4P <br />D. The CWCB suspends or revokes the Permit in accordance to the Act and the Rules, as <br />amended, or due to violations of the terms and conditions of the Permit. <br />16. SCF is solely responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, or other approvals, and for filing all <br />notices or reports, required by federal, state, or local laws in addition to the Permit. <br />17. SCF shall confine its weather modification operation to the times and target area specified herein. <br />18. SCF shall not operate its weather modification operation for the purpose of affecting weather outside <br />of the target area, including the weather of other states. <br />19. The Permit may be revised and /or suspended in accordance with section 36 -20 -115, C.R.S. (2010), <br />including, but not limited to, an emergency situation that could endanger life, property, or the <br />environment. <br />20. The operator shall notify CWCB staff of any emergency which can reasonably be foreseen or of any <br />existing emergency which might in any way be caused or affected by the weather modification <br />operation. Failure by the operator to so notify the CWCB of any such existing or impending <br />emergency is grounds for revocation of the permit. <br />21. The Permit may be suspended or revoked if it appears that the operator no longer has the <br />qualifications necessary for the issuance of the original permit or has violated any provision of the <br />Act or the Rules. <br />22.
